How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. For special events or group transportation, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

The following charges apply in the event of a cancellation:

25% of the total amount if cancelled 6 days before departure
50% of the total amount if cancelled 3 days before departure
75% of the total amount if cancelled 2 days before departure
100% of the total amount if cancelled within 24 hours before departure

We recommend cancelling in advance to avoid unnecessary charges.
